The latest house producer to pop up on our radar is a 21 year old classically trained pianist who has been busy in the last year supporting Porter Robinson, Madeon, Edward Maya and Deniz Koyu in nightclubs. Moreover, he landed tracks in Toronto Z103.5’s Summer Rush alongside Tiesto and Kaskade – a huge big up by one of Toronto’s biggest radio stations.
His remix of ‘Home’ is a beautiful mix of light rolling chord progressions layered under Garbielle Aplin’s outstanding voice, with exciting parallels between it and all the biggest festival anthems we heard last summer.
That is, of course, if finding the “next big thing” is what excites you.
