When Jack Ü played Francis Mercier’s remix of ‘My Boo’ by Ghost Town DJs in their 24 hour live-set thousands of people across the world collectively sat up and thought to themselves, “**** me, who is this guy?!” Well now Francis Mercier is back with his first original release ‘I Have A Dream’ and this is a house song that is most definitely one of a kind. Taking samples from Martin Luther King Jr’s speech of the same name, Mercier manages to weave a delicate balance between the hard hitting bass and MLK’s powerful and emotive speech to somehow create a dance track perfectly crafted for the dance floor.
