Yes, you read the title right. I’m going to see how long I can keep a ‘Daily Smut’ series going. Don’t let the title fool you though – I can’t promise it will all be smut, or that it will even be daily. But it will be regular. Like your grandfather on too much Metamucil – sometimes gross, but it works.

If there’s anything I find more hilarious than attractive pop singers like Rihanna screaming for attention with lyrics that reach the lowest common denominator “come on rude boy, are you big enough?” instead of writing quality songs, it’s mashup DJs reviving bands from our ugly past that are so old you can barely call them has-beens, essentially clamouring for attention in the same way.

I guess if Daily Smut had a tag line, it would be “OMG GIMME ATTENTION PLZ PLZ PLZ”, but not in the kid by the pool shouting at his fat topless British 55 year old mother way.. in the much grosser ‘I’m desperate for attention and willing to do anything for it / a comeback from the highpoint in my music career which was in 1993’ a la Snoop Dogg.
