His first release went #2 on the Beatport Nu-disco chart on account of its blending of two distinct, but incredibly compatible styles; funky Nu-disco sensibilities, and the deep house sound that Hot Creations did so much to push forward in 2011. We covered it on the 47th edition of our Tuesday Top Ten.
His name is Kreature, by the way, and he’s going to be everywhere via Leeds in 2012.
His latest release, out yesterday February 13, 2012 on Love Not Money Records, is a delicious two track EP much more in the Hot Creations vein of Deep House production, with its intricate, techy production and dark + sometimes very spacey melodic sections, with a focus on a moving sound and big dynamic range.
