LA’s hotbed of indie-pop newcomers is real. Its latest offering is Talk Time – an 80s-soaked quintet with the 2nd coming of The Police written all over them. Their debut single “Year of Self” is an ideal soundtrack for anyone’s beach day, and gives you a rare sense of serenity in our current music landscape.
“’Year of Self’ is a celebration & mantra for the unique thinkers with courage to live outside the box, and an ode to the astronomer Galileo,” the band explains.
