Halogen reminds me a lot of The Chainsmokers in that both duos started off by adding progressive house flair to indie pop hits (Smallpools – Dreaming anyone?!) and I see a lot of similarities in their production styles and with Hurricane Halogen have hit another home run. Released just in time for the July 4th weekend I could only imagine (because I’m Canadian not because I have no life contrary to what you people might think) being at a party soaking in the feel-good summertime vibes of another great Halogen remix.
