On Christmas day, Bristol production duo Velour (a.k.a. Julio Bashmore and Hyetal) made NASCAR cool again with the release of their video for their brand-new tune “Speedway.” Videographer Matt Cronin got some intense, classic NASCAR footage to match the song’s speedy, 80s synth discotec feel. This song marks the duo’s re-emergence after 2 years of silence since their 2010 EP for Night Slugs, The Velvet Collection. What a Nightwave. Someone please remix this with some tight lyrics.
