This is a D&B remix of I Need Air that was produced in Ableton Live 8 by Nathan Jassi, presumably just using the beatport release. He did a pretty sick job, combining a new D&B drum pattern with the original synth hits, and a full vocal breakdown in the middle section at original speed. I imagine this would really get people hyped up!
