Here are a couple of pretty awesome Drum and Bass remixes of two Calvin Harris tracks. For some reason I feel like you could drop these into any dance set and get away with it, even if no one in the crowd had heard of Drum and Bass. Both retain Harris’ signature pop sensibilities. By the way I threw in the Fake Blood remix, I figured our readers would like it, but its not as good as the High Contrast Drum and Bass Remix.

No way! I’m 99.9% sure Fake Blood played this when I saw him at Sankeys with Crookers. I didn’t quite catch all the vocals at the time but the, “Whatever state your in” and “Lick the Fake Blood from your finger” lines have sent it all fludding back! Sick arrangement of Harris’ voice ‘n’ all. I knew it had to be a Fake Blood banger :)

Not as good as the High Contrast mix?

You just showed yourself up there, my friend.

Drum N Bass is fucking rubbish. Always and forever

Well I tend to appreciate different types of music. The Fake blood track is good, but its nothing that really gave me shivers. The High Contrast mix is tight. Enjoy your opinion and I will enjoy mine!
