Deniro has the cadence of southern trap artists but his delivery combines elements of both west coast and east coast. His latest release, The Patriarch, is his strongest release yet. Fifteen tracks may seem like a lot, but combined with Deniro’s choice beat selection and lyrical content, this project stays consistent throughout.
Lyrically I love the content Deniro brings to the table. He paints a vivid picture of life on the streets but also shows his sensitive side. On the track Fears he talks about the things that scare him, which include future children growing up without a good education. Good rhymes are nothing without good production and Deniro knows how to select a great beat. Production is very cloudy and features work from Ryan Hemsworth and Keyboard Kid. After listening to this check out his back catalog, you wont be disappointed.
