We talk a lot about the crossing over of dubstep to the mainstream here on Salacious, but few tracks really showcase the crossover potential of dubstep more than this remix off the Deftones’ latest album ‘Diamond Eyes’. I’m willing to bet that a few really vocal readers will absolutely abhor this track, and the fact that I’m posting what is essentially a rock song (I would only loosely describe this as dubstep..) but I think this track, and indeed the sort of idea in general would probably have a lot of appeal to the electrokids.
