Behind every conspiracy theory there exists a modicum of truth. In the case of the Midnight Conspiracy, however, you should believe everything you’ve heard. Spread the word; this isn’t a fire drill.
They surprised fans recently with an unannounced preview of their new “Eye Live” laser light show during a sold out headlining event at Lincoln Hall in Chicago. “We’ve been working on the new stage setup over the winter and just wanted to take this bad boy for a test run,” said Louis Kha of Midnight Conspiracy. “We don’t quite yet know how to drive this sucker nor are we done building it, but the lights turn on and the engine revs up so that’s a start.”
The “Eye Live” setup features a 15-foot LED structure in the shape of their mysterious “Eye of Providence” logo, accompanied by an equally eerie laser light show. The official debut will come on March 2nd at the 5000-person Congress Theatre in Chicago with Zeds Dead, Dillon Francis, and AraabMuzik.
In collaboration with Lucky Date, their ‘Veyron’ Remix EP has taken temporary shelter on Beatport until it can find a nice home with sufficient wattage. This firmly packed bundle of remixes is not to be overlooked, check Beatport!
