The Streets have always been a guilty pleasure of mine. This borderline rapper creates songs about every day situations and relationships. Not lyrically complex and conceptually advanced the songs are an understated medium through which a story is told. Often melancholic and frequently ironic, their music is always entrancing. I recently came across a Chew Fu Fix of Get Out of My House from their album A Grand Don’t Come for Free.
