SoundCloud collective Proper Vibes are trying to position themselves as SoundCloud’s next big thing, and with quality releases like “Heights” by PRMITV they might just be able to get there if they keep it up. Despite the smooth 8-bit video game influences from start to finish, “Heights” also actually feels like it’s telling the tale of a video game journey through its slow, soulful build up to the synth-driven drop and right onto the finale.
