Basically there is this pretty cool design competition going on over at OCAD that one of my friends is in. I wouldn’t normally post about something that is just a cool thing that someone I know is doing but i really think that the idea behind the competition speaks well to our local readership. 

Third-year advertising students at The Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) were challenged to work with the theme “My Toronto is…Cultural Optimism” with the goal of creating impactful and inspirational messages of an ideal city and community in which they live. All submissions were required to be optimistic, positive and forward looking.  – My Toronto is… Website

Its funny because I went to the site to vote to give someone a boost but genuinely felt hers was the best and certainly the one that is the most artistic in my opinion. I will let you guess which is my favorite, maybe we can get some dialogue going in the comments section. Hopefully people will agree with me and provide us with some feedback on these images. ANYWAY, GO VOTE!!!
