If you haven’t seen an episode of Flight of the Conchords, do yourself a favour and find it.  It’s based on a duo from New Zealand trying to make it big in America with their band.  They live in an awful 2 room apartment together, have a hilariously unqualified manager who is actually an official at the New Zealand embassy, bill themselves as “Formerly New Zealand’s fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo”, and have a single fan that stalks the pair and digs through their garbage.
