I’ve seen a few of these videos lately and they’re all pretty interesting – if you search variations of buff, tape, and art/graffiti etc you’ll find more, and they’re entertaining for sure.  I watched quite a long one earlier with some very interesting commentary about the artist’s philosophy and approach to his work and it was very entertaining – if you come across the link leave it in a comment.

The track is from an artist Ruckazoid, who is being advertised as an all analog artist – an assortment of analog synths, drum machines, and even turntables used to ‘play musical notes’ are employed.  The focus of the upcoming project ‘Diamond Studded Mothaship’ is to create a defining sound, and to incorporate stimulation for all six senses.

I gave the album snippets provided a listen and the music would be worth listening to at a live show, presuming this group has an interesting visual art show.  My hope is that they will provide some sample video in the near future.
