Electro Remixes of Rolling Stones, Creedence, Bob Marley, Zeppelin, Beastie Boys, and Chemical Brothers

Ever wonder what your classic rock records would sound like if they were cut up, chopped, and remixed with hard hitting dirty electro beats?  Well look no further..  Streetlab is a powerful remixing team, tackling everything from INXS to Crystal Castles.  Here we’ve included a sample of these guys’ large offering.  They just released an EP that you can check out here.

The remix of the Bob Marley track is very good, and I like the Creedence a lot.  The remix of Immigrant Song is good too, but not the best I’ve heard.  The INXS and Beastie Boys remixes are genius though, and I actually like the remix of Salmon Dance a little more than I like the Crookers’ (listen here).
