Jun Fukunaga aka Lady Citizen (DJ & Producer, Remixer) has been showing us mad love lately in our dropbox, and has sent a couple tracks that are worth a listen.  To be honest, while I’m certain this guy has potential, his tracks are a little overdriven and end up sounding low quality.  Also, in the worst case, it sounds as though he has highpass filtered an average bitrate track and dropped a new bassline on the track.  I definitely can’t call these remixes – strictly speaking nothing new is imagined in these tracks – they are definitely refixes.  The electric feel disco dub is pretty good, and I like the heads we dance track the best.
