8prn was one of my favourite acts at New Forms Festival 2012 so I was very happy to wake up to his new EP sitting in my inbox this morning. Time Waste expands upon the R&B re-invention of his previous releases, About Me, King Of, and Solow with two new tracks, Woman and DWT. Woman stands out on this release for being so upbeat, and really rounds out 8prn’s production repertoire. This EP is being released on Vancouver label Jellyfish Recordings, which I encourage everyone who’s a fan of hip hop or electronica to check out
