I am a bad person – I tell you guys I’m going to do something (write the top ten on time every week) “no seriously.. this time for sure”, and look what ends up happening. I end up getting pulled in to the guilt spiral. Well not this week. I don’t give a shit if it’s called the TUESDAY top ten, or the weekly top ten today, because damnit I’m publishing.

]]> Landers recently sent me this remix of Lykke Li. I like the chilled out vibe that he has taken with the track its definitely getting a lot of love when I’m maxing and relaxing in my room. My only complaint is that the track needs to be properly mastered. Mastering would be the icing his cake. I’m looking forward to hearing more of his upcoming productions.

The George Lenton remix of MGMT’s “Weekend Wars” has been featured elsewhere but I wanted to post it to mention a couple of things that I like about it and share it our readers. I love the wobbly bassline that seems to have some inspiration from dubstep. The song manages to remain very laid back and again gets a lot of love when just kicking it.
