As far as not only musicians of the late 80s early 90s go it definitely isn’t easy to find any more iconic than Whitney Houston and it’s great to see today’s producers pay their respects through remixes and such. Atlanta based duo Halogen are the latest to do just that with their weekend-made remix of ‘Dance With Somebody’. While the original is known for its classic dance-floor vibes, Halogen have definitely re-elevated (is that a word?) the track for play in today’s dance scene with their uplifting and vibrant use of piano chords to keep that 90s feel in place. Be warned though: this remix might have you been thinking about the weekend ahead a bit too early!
