Let me get one thing straight, Salacious Sound: Under normal circumstances I wouldn’t spend this much time talking about a remix EP, nor would I be so anal about finding high res images for all the artists involved. So what is it about this Robbie Rivera release that made me take so much time out of my day? A) He gave German synthpop group, Alphaville’s, classic track ‘Forever Young’ a beautiful refresh that brings back all kinds of nostalgia, B) He collaborated with some of my favourite producers at the moment, Peacetreaty, Victor Niglio, Lucky Date, and Sandro Silva to span several musical genres and tones, and C) I honestly have a lot of free time today.
