Cassius is an electronic duo from France that has made some of the biggest classic house tracks of all time, and is behind more popular contemporary music than you probably think as well: aside from a collection of singles over the last few years they have racked up production credits for Phoenix, Chromeo, and Cut Copy. Over the last several months a couple of their classics have been popping up in the blogosphere and on beatport, remixed and chopped, so I thought you guys might like to listen to a few of my favourites. The best of the bunch, hands down, is the Tim Green Remix of 99, which came out on Beatport just a few months back and was included in my spring house mixtape.
