Electric is a Boston group formed by Insight with MC’s Dagha, Anonymous, Moe Pope and Raheem. They released their album “Life’s a Struggle” in 2004. Fresh beats from Insight and 5 talented MC’s consistent flow, feel-good vibes and verse-trading make this group reminiscent of Jurassic Five. If you’ve never heard of Insight, he’s one of the most innovative producers / MC’s in the hip hop world and you should hear some of his other work, namely Y Society with Damu the Fudgemunk.
