So I’ve got a fucked up shoulder. I also haven’t posted in a while. I figure this post will come along with a bunch of absence ending posts that will hopefully bring me back bigger and better to the blogosphere (even if this shoulder thing makes it excruciating to type at times). In any case, Miike Snow is awesome… just in case you hadn’t heard. But if you follow this blog, I assume you follow others, and you’ve heard the good word (we also gave a few remixes of his work bigggg ups earlier this year). In any case “Black and Blue”, its an awesome song. With remixes by two of my favorite artists, there is no way I’m going to pass on posting this shit up even if its been floating around for a while. Caspa is killing me these days every remix that he’s cranked out has been gold in my eyes, taking melodic artists to new levels with rumbling bass. Tiga will always be a favorite, giving it that bouncy treatment that I appreciate, a sound that makes me want to dance in dark rooms without wondering who is in front or behind me, above or beside me – I just want to move.
