Hello all,
For those of you who have been following us you may have noticed that my posting pace has slowed. Having been mad busy over the past 4 days I haven’t had a chance to get on here as much. I have a TON of music I have been sleeping on and want to share. Honestly I want to let the tracks talk for themselves. One of them is a classic from a little bit ago and the rest have been floating around more recently. Comment and I’ll definitely respond to get some individual track dialogue going, but for now just ENJOY!
-The Monarch
P.S Check out the event photography section… It’s the reason for our slowed posting

1) Awesome until ~3:40. Gets kinda wonky.
2) Groovy, but you need to have a certain kind of mix going to fit this one in.
3) See (2). Justice needs new material so people can stop remixing their 2 year old album, haha.
4) I like the ending of it. Don’t like falsetto. The end reminds me of Daft Punk’s Voyager.
5) Nice Chicago feel, but never really goes anywhere.
6) OH GOD IT’S SO GOOD.
7) Nice chill disco feel.
I guess it’s mostly subjective for me. I’ve been in a hard-hitting kind of mood lately. Also, I generally prefer female vocalists for beats like (7).
Awesome post! Thanks.
Well I reckon im with Bearbear on number 7, its a bit too…. ‘funky’ for my liking. Im somewhere positioned between the ‘harhitter’ and this mix, i just don’t think it would work well in a club. Bit more into number 6 though at some points it feels a bit too busy to me, but pay no attention to me ive got very little experience in the dj/club world
as far as comment number 2 is concerned, while I agree part of me loves this song because it is one of the few tracks with Diplo’s name that I’ve played multiple times recently. Your craving for hard hitting might be satisfied sooner than you think, and I hope you let me know how you feel if it is or even if it isn’t.
